We ship all stocked orders within 1 working day via couriers. If your item is out of stock we will be in contact with a delivery date, all our candles, wax melts and reed diffusers are lovingly made and hand poured in house so we can assure you we are on the case. Orders are shipping Monday – Friday. If an order is placed over the weekend, the order will be shipped Monday.

RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
